ICTO, University of Macau is one of the affiliated members of Joint Universities Computer Centre (JUCC). As an affiliated member of JUCC, ICTO had joined two of the work groups of JUCC, they are JUCC Information Security Task Force (IS Task Force) and JUCC Special Interest Group on User Services (SIGUS).
The 46th SIGUS meeting was held on 11 December 2015 in University of Macau. Members from Hong Kong universities had a campus tour and visited our data center, Help Desk counter, computer room and Learning Commons in the morning. In the afternoon, members discussed about their strategies and solution on Email Forwarding Service and Identity Management, Course/Teaching Evaluation Survey System and some questions about Network services provided to staff and students. In the sharing session, we presented our recent developed application – Online Student Feedback Questionnaire for Course Evaluation. The meeting was adjourned after the question and answer session.
