ICTO launched the new eForm service on 2nd January 2018. Before the launch of new service, ICTO held several training workshops for staff between July and December 2017 in order to let users be familiar in using new eForm service to collect the registration information easily and quickly.
The topics covered in the workshops are:
- Introduction to the Features and Benefits with new eform service
- Demo: Customise the eForm information for users to fill in
- Demo: Create personal view for showing the information in different ways
- Demo: Publish eForm for registration
