A new human resources system module for managing in-house training was launched in November 2023 in order to digitalize and streamline the whole process, from course creation, release, application to approval.
The self-service platform replaces traditional paper forms and allows users to apply and approve training applications in a few clicks while facilitating administrators to manage the applications more efficiently.
The system can be accessed through myUM -> HR Self-Service -> Training and Development – Application E-form.
