ICTO has recently launched a new chatbot service. The chatbot is designed to help users interactively find answers and relevant information regarding IT-related problems relevant to ICTO’s offered services.

The chatbot has been trained to support the most frequently asked questions of our IT services such as UM Accounts, Email Services, Printing Services, UMMoodle, etc. And you can easily access the chatbot via ICTO Website (https://icto.um.edu.mo/).
