Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO) provides general computing services and facilities to all staff members and students.

eLearning UMMoodle is the on-line education platform for UM
Electronic Campus Map To browse map information by dragging or zooming. You can use the search menu to locate buildings, departments, facilities, and transportation routes on the map
Email System For sending and receiving emails
High Performance Computing Cluster Provides high performance computing resources that an individual computer cannot provide. It allows users to run the computational jobs on those connected computers at the same time (known as parallel computing) to achieve higher processing performance
ICTO Account Information Page Allows you to manage your account and apply IT services, such as Office 365 ProPlus, UM@Connect and Two-factor authentication services, etc…
myUM Portal It is a portal for accessing personalized services and information about the University
SSL VPN To access UM intranet resources off campus in a secure way
Two-Factor Authentication Provides an extra layer of protection for your UMPASS account. It aims to ensure that you are the only person accessing your account
Wireless Network Service To connect your mobile device (s) to Internet

Connect SSID: UM_SECURED_WLAN or UM_WLAN_PORTAL

Zoom Allows you to hold meeting, interview, Oral Defense, Conference, Virtual classroom or Webinar from your own device simultaneously with up to 100 participants per host

ICTO’s Computer Rooms Six computer rooms are set up for academic use. These computer rooms are equipped with personal computers installed with Windows 10 operating system and general application software -E6-2092

Learning Commons Service Counter ICTO provides notebook computers on loan, self-service printing and basic computer support service at Learning Commons Service Counter -E6-G111h
Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) Staff members can perform the collection of data from optical marks (bubbles, checkboxes) and to mark or print barcodes on plain paper forms. OMR rooms are equipped with a high-speed image scanner with auto document feeder and installed software package – “Remark Office OMR” -E5-2087
