MS Office 2013 and MS Outlook 2013

Microsoft Office 2013 is the office application provided by ICTO for the use of staff members.  In order to let our staff know more about functions and features that can help facilitate their work, we have organized two training classes in June and July.

In addition, Microsoft Outlook 2013 is the new email client we are using for email communication.  Aside from a series of briefing sessions organized in May, we have also arranged three training classes of MS Outlook in June, July and August.

All training classes were conducted by Microsoft certified trainer and included hands on exercises for participants to practice.  Colleagues were very active to enroll for the training.  We have received a large number of applications and it was more than the allowed capacity for each class.  Applicants who could not join previous organized sessions due to the class capacity limitation, ICTO will organize more classes to cater the applicants in October and November 2015. Beside Microsoft Office 2013 and Outlook 2013, we also introduced training class of Microsoft Access 2013 to broaden colleagues’ knowledge on the data processing technique. Updated training schedules are announced on our E-Bulletin. For more information, please refer to the below weblink:
