The support hours of ICTO Help Desk is extended since October 2022 in order to mainly extend the support to classes in ICTO computer rooms and answer general enquiries.

Support service hours are adjusted as follows (excluding public holidays):

Date Service Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In October to December 2022, ICTO had handled 137 service calls during the extended period and it counted about 4.12% of total service calls.

We keep reviewing and improving the arrangement in order to enhance our support service.
