The new UM Resource Booking System became available for trial run in July 2018. With positive feedback from our users, the following resources have been integrated to the new system on 5 November, 2018:
- Venues & Booth (managed by LIB, CMDO-FDS, SAO-SRS and Faculties)
- Equipment (managed by CMDO-FMM)
- Banner (managed by CMDO-FDS, SAO-SRS & OSA)
To make users familiar with the new system, ICTO has held briefing sessions to the staff and the members of student organizations.
Meanwhile, the existing UM Resource Reservation database in Lotus Notes is no longer in use. Users could access the new UM Resource Booking System via myUM Portal by selecting the icon .
