Internal IT services (Intranet) can be accessed from outside UM Campus. This access is available anytime and from anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection.

You can access Lotus Notes*, Administrative Information Systems and N: Drive through Virtual Desktop Service (VDS).
Please follow the steps:
Step 1: Download and setup SSL VPN.
Step 2: Download and setup VMWare Horizon Client or access via the web.
Step 3: Select the Virtual Machines called “Admin”.

* To use Lotus Notes at home, you need to perform a one-time setup for copy campus Lotus Notes setting files to Home Directory first.

Staff can access webmail from any web browser.

Download and use “Cisco Jabber” APP as your extension.

Access https://umpass.um.edu.mo/ to change, recover or manage your UMPASS account.

Download and setup UMDrive or access UMDrive via the web portal.

Staff members can apply Zoom basic account at ICTO Account Page. Please note that the meeting duration is limited to 40 minutes for the basic account.

To apply for a professional version, please send a request to ICTO Help Desk.

Staff members can apply Office 365 for home use.  You can apply it from ICTO Account Page.  You may download and install Office 365 ProPlus on up to 5 PC or Mac as well as Office Mobile on up to 5 mobile devices.
