IT Service Management System has been upgraded in December 2024 and provides a more concise layout for you to submit, track and manage your IT support and service applications online easily.

Some functions of New System:

After login, all service categories are listed on the left. Click the category and the available request forms will be listed out.

New system separates your own request forms and the requests that are waiting approval (if any).

After completion of each request, you will receive an email notification.  Simply click the “star” in the email to rate you experience and provide comment.

Department approvers can directly click the “Approve” or “Decline” button in the approval email and log in to directly approve/reject the request.

To submit request, please login https://helpdesk.icto.um.edu.mo/,  select the category to view available request forms and select the request you want to submit. Fill in the necessary information and send the request.
