UM App is a one-stop mobile application designed to provide staff, students, alumni and public with convenient access to various UM services using their smartphones or tablets. Recently ICTO has launched several new services on UM App:

Application of Official Document | This service allows registered students to apply for transcripts and testimonials, and make payments online. Please refer to the webpage of the Registry and Graduate School for details. |

Campus Card Replacement | This service allows registered students to apply for campus card replacement, and make payments online. Please refer to the webpage of the Registry and Graduate School for details. |

Withdrawal from HC Programme | Honours College students can submit applications for withdrawal from the Honours College Certificate Programme. Please refer to the webpage of the Honours College for details. |

PGH Misc Fees | This service allows postgraduate students residing in Postgraduate House on the main campus to pay PGH miscellaneous fees, including the Open-Door Fee and the Replace Key Card Fee. Please refer to the ICTO Knowledge Base. |
