UM App is a one-stop mobile application designed to provide staff, students, alumni and public with convenient access to various UM services using their smartphones or tablets. In June 2024, we launched several new services on UM App. The new services include:

Phonebook | A revamped service with new features such as “My frequently used contacts”, “Advanced Search”. Details can be found in this user guide. |

Check-In/Out | This service allows regular administrative staff to view their own check in/out records and edit remark. |

QR Access | This service allows gaining door access of University buildings with QR code. Details can be found in this E-bulletin. |

Lost and Found System | This service allows users to search lost item. Details can be found in this E-bulletin. |

Student Debit Note* | An online payment service for debit note settlement. Details can be found in this E-bulletin. |

Psychological Counselling Appointment* | This service allows student to make a psychological counselling appointment. Details can be found on the webpage of Psychological Counselling Centre. |
