Zoom Communications, Inc. no longer provided its services to the University since 1 January 2025 due to their sales policy changes.

To ensure continuity of online collaboration, ICTO provides Microsoft Teams as a transitional solution to address your needs.

Microsoft Teams Client for Windows had been deployed in ICTO’s computers.

If you cannot search for the Microsoft Team icon on your desktop, please install it manually (Refer to FAQ) or contact Help Desk for assistance.

Last but not least, according to current policy of Zoom, you may still join Zoom meeting hosted by others or registered a free basic account using your personal email address to host multi-parties meeting for up to 40 minutes.
