We are pleased to introduce enhancements to the QR Access Service for meeting rooms at N6 (N6-1011, N6-2022, N6-2031, N6-2029, N6-3016, N6-3027), offering greater convenience and security.

1. Direct Access for UM Members 
After making a reservation through the UM Resource Booking System, staff can unlock doors using their campus card or the QR Access in the UM App — no key pickup required.
2. Add Participants to Share Access 
When reserving a meeting room via the UM Resource Booking System, organizers can add UM members as participants, allowing them to enter using their own campus card or QR Access.
3. Visitor Access Sharing 
Organizers can grant temporary access to external guests.
Guests receive a verification email and a secure QR code valid during the meeting time.
