In ICTO website, you can find the ICTO ChatBot which is designed to help you find answers and relevant information about ICTO services and facilities anytime.
The Quick Guide for New UM Members summarizes the essential information about all the general IT services. This page aims to provide you a one-stop guide for quick access of different IT services.
ICTO Knowledge Base contains Frequently Asked Questions and guidelines. You can search by keywords in the search box or access the information by choosing the corresponding service categories.
ICTO publishes Newsletter periodically to provide news and update about ICTO services and facilities.
To promote IT facilities and services, booths are set up at Student Activity Centre, Learning Commons Service Counter during August to September 2024.
