ICTO has organized the following meetings with students and staff members from October 2020 to February 2021.
On 27 January 2021, 2nd SUFG meeting of Academic Year 2020/2021 was held.
In the meeting, ICTO’s representatives shared the following information with students:
- New UM Sports Facilities On-line Booking System
- UM@Connect Secure Email Gateway Precautions
Student representatives provided feedback on using wireless service in dormitory and the photocopier service in Resident College. ICTO staff provided instant response and followed up on the mentioned issues.

The 3rd meeting for Academic Year 2020/2021 was held on 26 January 2021.
In the meeting, ICTO’s representatives shared the following topics and responded to the enquiries from AITSAG members:
- Website Revamp
- Information Security Update
- IT Infrastructure Update
In addition, ICTO recommended the members to apply for the UM Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) service.
