ICTO Knowledge Base stores all Frequently Asked Questions and guidelines. You can search for the keywords or query words in the search box or find the information by choosing the corresponding category.

The chatbot is designed to help users interactively find answers and relevant information regarding IT-related problems relevant to ICTO’s offered services. It is accessible via ICTO Website https://icto.um.edu.mo/
