Trainings
To help users better understand how to use these services effectively, ICTO has organised “Briefing on Web Conferencing Service” on 10 September 2025.
In the briefing, ICTO introduced about VooV/Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams, account types, schedule meeting, join meeting, features overview, screen sharing, recording, etc. to enhance the understanding about applications and use of VooV/Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams.

ICTO conducted a training session “Identity and Access Management (ACM)” on 3 December 2025. During the session, ICTO provided a detailed introduction and demonstration of managing ACM groups and shared practical insights from past experiences.

HRS and ICTO co-organize an in-house training course for UM administrative staff “Basic Technologies, Development Trends and Applications of Artificial Intelligence” on 24 October 2025.

The 1st IETC meeting for Academic Year 2025/2026 was held on 19 November 2025.
In the meeting, ICTO’s representatives shared the following topics:

- Update of campus network
- Upgrade staff computers
- IT services promotion
- User satisfaction on ICTO services 2024/2025
- Information security tasks
IETC members provided comments and suggestions, the requests and suggestions collected in the meeting will be taken into consideration and action.
