Apply 2FA or change your password every 90 days
To ensure the security of your UMPASS account, you can choose to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or change your password every 90 days. It helps protect your account and sensitive information from unauthorised access.
If you choose to enable 2FA, you can apply through the ICTO Account Information Page or via UM App.
On the other hand, if you decide to change your password, you should do so before the 90-day period ends to maintain your account’s integrity.
UMPASS Management Portal
The UMPASS Management Portal is where you can manage your UMPASS account.
This portal allows you to:
- Activate your account
- Change your password
- Apply for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Recover your account by resetting forgotten passwords, unlocking your account, or obtaining your 2FA bypass code
- Apply for software licenses and access services
