ICTO has conducted the annual survey during 14 to 30 April, 2025 to access the degree of user satisfaction on using the information and communication technology services provided by ICTO. A total of 17,010 email invitations were sent to all academic staff, research staff, administrative staff, undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students. A total of 1,447 responses were received, which gives a response rate of 10.4%. ICTO will take reference to the survey result and devote the best effort to improve our services.
According to the survey result, the overall satisfaction level is 8.14 out of 10, which is an increase of 0.51 from 7.63 of last year. In general, the satisfaction level of all user categories increased with a significant increase of 0.98 from 7.28 of last year in postgraduate students.
The satisfaction score of all services increased, while the UM App is a newly added service this year.
