ICTO has conducted the annual survey during 16 April to 6 May 2024 to access the degree of user satisfaction on using the information and communication technology services provided by ICTO. A total of 15,314 email invitations were sent to all academic staff, research staff, administrative staff, undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students. A total of 1,418 responses were received, which gives a response rate of 10.2%. ICTO will take reference to the survey result and devote the best effort to improve our services.

According to the survey result, the overall satisfaction level is 7.63 out of 10, which is an increase of 0.46 from 7.17 of last year. In general, the satisfaction level of all user categories increased except a slight decrease of 0.08 from 8.31 of last year in academic staff.

The satisfaction score of all services increased except a slight decrease in Office IT Equipment.
