Asia Alliance 2018 on IT application and services is an annual conference organized by the Higher Education User Group (HEUG). Conference was held on 8 May 2018 in Hong Kong.
The Higher Education User group (HEUG) is an international organization consisting of Higher Education institutions. UM is a member of the organization.
ICTO also participated in the conference. In this annual conference, some Universities shared the information and experiences on the adoption of new technology and information systems solutions in their institutions. ICTO has also shared the implementation of new e-form system.
