A new PDF tool – Foxit PhantomPDF is now available and deployed on ICTO computers.

Foxit PhantomPDF is a PDF editing software which provides following features:

  • Standards-compliant – it works with the existing PDFs.
  • Advanced PDF editor functions including the adding of shading object, converting text to path, editing image and path objects.
  • Side-by-side document comparisons.

By default, only English OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is installed with Foxit PhantomPDF. To use OCR of other languages, please refer to FAQ.
