Recover Account (Reset your forgotten or expired password, unlock your UMPASS account or get a 2FA passcode)
Apply Software Licenses and Services
The account password shall be changed every 90 days, or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) shall be enabled for additional protection.
UM App is a one-stop mobile application designed to provide convenient access to various UM services. Download it now!
Through the myUM portal, you can access services and information about the University.
New UMMoodle System provides a more user-friendly interface, enhanced assignment submission workflows and reports, and AI-Powered Text Generation (Exclusive to teachers).
Other eLearning systems include ePortfolio, Community are available to facilitate teaching and learning.

UM eMap is an interactive electronic campus map that helps you learn more about the campus. You can use the search menu to locate buildings, departments, facilities, and transportation on the map.

SSL VPN
SSL VPN enables you to access the UM Intranet resource from the Internet with web browsers or an SSL VPN client in a secure way.
It is mandatory to perform Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when accessing the SSL VPN from a non-UM network (e.g. outside campus).
