Briefing on eLearning – How to use Zoom & UMMoodle effectively in classroom?

In response to the teaching and learning arrangements in the new semester, ICTO organized 12 briefing sessions for faculties, departments and Teaching Assistants (TA) in August and September 2020. The briefing sessions introduced how to use Zoom effectively in classroom and introduced some useful information about UMMoodle. Over 650 participants attended the sessions.

Notebook Ownership Program 2020

The Notebook Ownership Program 2020 is jointly organized by UMPA, UMSU and ICTO.

This year, Acer, Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft offering 46 different models of notebook and tablet computers with price range start from MOP 4,844. All students and staff members are eligible to purchase from 31 August to 9 October 2020.

1st Academic IT Support Advisory Group (AITSAG) Meeting for Academic Year 2020/2021

ICTO holds Academic IT Support Advisory Group (AITSAG) meetings regularly to share the experience and knowledge between support staff from academic units and ICTO in an interactive way.

First meeting for Academic Year 2020/2021 was held on 20 August 2020.

In the meeting, ICTO’s representatives shared

  • Macau Cybersecurity Laws – System Inventory List and Severity Level

In addition, ICTO’s representatives responded to the enquiry from AITSAG members and introduced new members from faculties and institutes.

E-portfolio Workshop for CPED1000 Course Instructors
