The 3rd Student User Focus Group (SUFG) Meeting for Academic Year 2017/2018

To share latest updates regarding ICTO services and facilities, collect feedback and suggestions from students, ICTO holds Student User Focus Group (SUFG) meetings regularly.

On 18 April 2018, the 3^rd SUFG meeting for Academic Year 2017/2018 was held.

In the meeting, ICTO’s representatives shared the following information with student representatives:

• Updates of information security news
• Introduction of Two-Factor Authentication
• Launch of 11th issue of ICTO Newsletter
• Upgrade of network infrastructure for Wi-Fi

Student representatives provided feedback on network service. ICTO staff provided instant response and advice on the mentioned issues.
